FAQ
No. JPYC Gateway handles the blockchain-specific work behind the scenes. It feels much like online banking or accounting software.
JPYC is an "electronic payment instrument" under Japan's Payment Services Act. The issuer safeguards assets equal to at least 100% of the funds received from users, so those funds remain protected even if the issuer fails.
For managed wallets, the private key is never stored as a single key. Signing uses key shares split between your browser and a key management server. For external wallets, you manage the key in your own wallet.
As a rule, a transfer confirmed on the blockchain cannot be reversed. JPYC Gateway helps you check before sending, with registered counterparty wallets and approval in the transfer queue.
Yes. It supports CSV and report export, and a REST API for balances, history and registering transfers. With ASTERIA Warp, you can connect to 100+ systems without writing code.
